She has led substantive growth within the environmental services practice area while creating a company culture that attracts and retains talented professionals and develops high performance teams.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Samji has delivered and supported the delivery of environmental and project management services to a wide range of clients from the oil and gas, mining, commercial, and public sectors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Samji served as a mentor for the Vancouver Board of Trade\u2019s Mentorship Program, has completed a six year term as a Director on the British Columbia Institute of Technology\u2019s Alumni Association Board, and currently serves as a board member for the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies for British Columbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/resourcework2.devstudio.work\/the_resource_works_advisory_council\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resource Works Advisory Council<\/a>&nbsp;was formed to provide community and professional perspectives on ensuring the project is relevant and on target to build awareness of the benefits to BC residents of resources done
