Born and raised in Dawson Creek, Mayor Streeper has worked in the energy field and has long experience serving the Peace River region. He has a remarkable grasp of the linkages between the North East resource economy and a healthy economy in the rest of the province, and has proven to be a favourite with audiences in driving his messages home.
