Resources are a global challenge, not Just a Canadian one

It is estimated that $11-17 trillion in global investment is needed by 2030 in minerals and oil & gas, if current consumption trends continue. Much of this resource extraction will occur in developing countries

Canada, which has generations of practice and regulation to share, is – according to this new report – one of the world’s leaders in sustainable resource management. This thought-provoking podcast talks about a new model – the “resource tiger model” – that arose from the McKinsey group’s recent research and how it can be put into place.
